Andrew Campbell served in Afghanistan, where he was injured. Suffering from PTSD, he became addicted to drugs and wound up incarcerated. Campbell is among the 125 inmates identified by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution who have committed suicide in facilities managed by the Georgia Department of Corrections since the beginning of 2017.
