Directors’ Cup: Six reigning champions repeat as all-sports winners
The Stilwell School of the Arts, a Clayton County performing arts magnet school, won its first GHSA championship this year in the sport of dance, which the GHSA made an official championship sport in 2021. Stilwell also won an unofficial title in 2020, when it was an invitational event and not fully sanctioned. Pictured is the current team with head coach and director of dance Brianna Wiggins-Smart. Stilwell’s students specialize in ballet, modem, jazz, West African, contemporary and Hip-Hop.

His father Brad Johnson helped the Tampa Bay Buccaneers win Super Bowl XXXVII in 2003 and Jake’s brother Max Johnson is a quarterback for LSU.
