A man allegedly threatened another man in a type of domestic dispute.
But not with a gun.
Randy Weaver and his sister allegedly showed up at Paul Gass’ house in Bartow County on Mar. 5 with a homemade flame thrower, Channel 2 Action News reported.
Weaver accused Gass of assaulting his sister, which Gass denied.
“I was standing here at the corner of the porch, and he told me he was going to burn me alive,” Gass told the news station, “and he was going to burn this house down. He wouldn't let us off the porch.”
After torching part of the deck, Weaver crashed his truck into Gass’ truck and shot off the flame thrower again, Channel 2 reported.
Weaver also allegedly lit his own truck on fire in the rampage.
Bartow County fire investigator Sgt. Jessie Green said, “He used a flame wand attached to the propane tank and the regulator to turn it into a flame thrower.”
The Bartow County Sheriff’s Office also is investigating the incident.

Gass, who was in a relationship with Weaver’s sister, said Weaver put some thought into the attack.
“This was planned,” he said. “There's no doubt this was premeditated."
Weaver turned himself in on arson charges, and his sister is accused of making terroristic threats.
