Stonecrest District 5 town hall meeting set

Diane Daniels Adoma Mayor Pro Tempore and District 5 Councilwoman for the city of Stonecrest is hosting a District 5 town hall meeting 6 p.m. May 16 at the Stonecrest Library 3123 Klondike Road, Stonecrest.
She encourages residents to provide input.
Among topics to be discussed:
- High-paying local jobs
- Neighborhood beautification
- Attracting upscale local restaurants and retail shops
- Public safety
- Youth programs and zoning
In November, Stonecrest became the newest city in DeKalb County. It consists of about 50,000 residents in most of southeast DeKalb County, including areas near Lithonia and Stonecrest Mall.
