Man shot to death in NW Atlanta

Police were investigating the fatal shooting of a man at a home in northwest Atlanta Tuesday night.
The incident happened around 9:15 p.m. at a residence on Cairo Street, APD spokeswoman Kim Jones said.
Jones said the victim, whose name has not been released, apparently was shot inside the home and got into a vehicle and drove away from the scene after being shot. He died after driving a short distance at the intersection of Cairo Street and North Avenue, she said.
