Get ready for Valentine’s Day a week early at RA Sushi’s Roll of Attraction: An Aphrodisiac Sushi Rolling Class for Couples. In addition to rolling and tasting the Soy Crazy for You Roll together, couples will make other RA menu items, including a Rainbow Roll and Tuna and Salmon Nigiri, while sampling three varieties of sake and Sofia Brut Sparkling Rosé.

Doughnut Dollies and Urban Tree Cidery are joining forces for a two-day pop-up featuring a complimentary mini doughnut flight with the purchase of Urban Tree’s cider flight. Pairings include an Almond Rosé doughnut with Rosé Cider and Roasted Apple doughnut with 2017 Vintage Gala Cider.

Serpas True Food is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a special dinner featuring passed hors d’oeuvres and food stations serving dishes such as New Orleans-style gumbo, flash-fried oysters, eggplant hush puppies and beignets and beer and wine. Cocktails will also be available for purchase. A portion of ticket proceeds will be donated to the Giving Kitchen.

Have some fun on the half-shell at Garden & Gun Club’s oyster tasting and education event with Georgia oyster expert and author André Gallant. Try grilled, steamed and raw oysters as well as Garden & Club menu items while sipping on a glass of wine or beer and learning about the biology and ecology of oysters. New pop-up Vinetta will join forces with Talat Market at Ponce City Market’s Root Baking Co. on a five-course dinner featuring vegetarian collaborative dishes by Joel Penn and Parnass Savang. Wine and beer will be available to order a la carte.

It’s biscuit time with chef and former host of “The Chew” Carla Hall and Chadwick Boyd, host of the “Reel Food” series at the movies. The pair will host a biscuit-making class using recipes from Hall’s new book “Carla Hall’s Soul Food,” and Boyd’s Carrot Sage Biscuits. Free admission includes biscuit lesson and biscuits to sample, and VIP admission also includes a signed copy of Hall’s book.

Try some Second Self Beer Company-inspired beers made in collaboration with other local breweries at Second Self's Alter Ego Party. Attendees can try a line-up of beers made in collaboration with local breweries and restaurants including Sandy Springs-based Pontoon's tequila barrel-aged version of Second Self's Margarita In Gose. Other participants include Savannah's Southbound Brewing Company and Kennesaw's Dry County Brewing Company. In addition to ordering beers a la carte, a VIP option for $55 will offer unlimited pours for the day. Food from Illegal Food will also be available for purchase and a portion of proceeds for the day will go toward the GA Craft Brewers Guild.

Get your ramen fix at the Akahoshi Ramen pop-up put on by Ted Golden aka Foodie Buddha at Brush Sushi Izakaya in Decatur. Golden, Chicago ramen chef Mike Satinover, also known as Ramen Lord, and Brush chef and owner Jason Liang collaborated on the menu, which features items including U&I W A5 Mazemen, a dry ramen with, uni and ikura; Akahoshi Miso, blends three misos, garlic, ginger, and spices with pork belly chashu, ajitama egg, green onion, wok-fried vegetables and menma; and Mushroom Truffle Shoyu made with a blend of soy sauces, porcini, shiitake and morel mushrooms supplemented with truffle oil and topped with pork belly chashu, ajitama egg, green onion, sautéed mushroom and nori. Sides and dessert, as well as a special drink menu, will also be available. Tickets go on sale at noon on Feb. 11 and will be limited to 180 seats.
