Local Korean restaurant to supply in flight meals for Delta

Woo Nam Jeong Stone Bowl House will be taking its traditional Korean dishes to new heights thanks to its new partnership with Delta Air Lines.

Beginning June 3, the Buford Highway restaurant will be supplying in-flight meals for Delta flights to Korea.

On its 14-hours flights from Atlanta to Seoul, Delta will be serving the restaurant's beef bibimbap. Other menu items will include Saewuganghwe (spring onion tied shrimp and asparagus with spicy gochujang sauce) and braised short ribs (kalbi chim.

Delta Air Lines recently upgraded its in-flight snack options to include Squirrel brand almonds, Pretzel Perfection olive oil and sea salt pretzels and KIND oats and honey bars with toasted coconut. These new options will debut on the airline in June.
