A man from Florida and two others are now facing charges in a 9-year-old homicide, WESH.com reports.
According to authorities, Joseph Rosebrook, 59, of Saint Cloud, Fla., hired Chad South, 45, of Ohio, to kill a man named Daniel Ott. Apparently, there was more than one Daniel Ott in the area -- because the Daniel Ott that was slain was not the same man that Rosebrook allegedly wanted dead.
Another man involved in the plot was identified as 57-year-old Carl Rosebrook, who was also from Ohio, police say. All three men were arrested on June 1 and charged with conspiracy and aggravated murder on Wednesday.
Joseph Rosebrook is currently in prison, serving time for felony battery.
