A man was found guilty of felony murder Wednesday for killing a 28-year-old man over a PlayStation 4 nearly two years ago, according to Channel 2 Action News.

Nathaniel Vivian and his 16-year-old girlfriend planned to rob Daniel Zeitz of Sandy Springs at gunpoint during a Craigslist sale in September 2014, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution previously reported.

Kayla Dixon, who was 16 at the time, brought her 16-month-old baby along, police said. Dixon panicked and shot Zeitz, Sandy Springs police Detective David Lapides testified during her trial in 2014. She was tried as an adult, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 40 years in prison in June.

Vivian was sentenced to life in prison for his role in the murder, Channel 2 reported.

Patty Zeitz said nothing can bring her son back, nor take away the family’s pain and suffering.

“Danny will never be able to enjoy the moments of a lifetime that we all cherish,” Zeitz told Channel 2. “It is incomprehensible, but retribution needs to be paid.”
