Spring Restaurant has announced a projected opening date of May 20 at 90 Marietta Station Walk in Marietta.

Brewed to Serve Restaurant Group, Inc. and Chef Todd Richards have announced the formation of Southern Food Traditions, LLC, "a company dedicated to the creation of concepts and products that represent the cultural milieu of the South," according to a release. Southern Food Traditions' first project, Richards' Southern Fried, is planning to open at Krog Street Market Summer 2016 .
