As part of Notre Dame’s contract with the ACC, Georgia Tech will play the Fighting Irish in 2015 (South Bend, Ind.), 2019 (Atlanta), 2021 (South Bend) and 2024 (Atlanta).

The dates for the first two games have been set, Sept. 19, 2015 and Oct. 19, 2019. The final two are to be determined. The games are part of the agreement between Notre Dame and the ACC to play 60 games between this year and 2025, averaging five games a year.

The 2015 game will resume Tech’s 34-game series with Notre Dame, with the last meeting in 2007.

Tech is expected to have more scheduling announcements in coming weeks to fill in holes through 2024. Tech’s scheduling philosophy is to play one game against an FCS opponent, another against a non-power conference team and two against power conference teams, including Georgia.
