How did this not happen already?
Tim Tebow and the HGTV show Fixer Upper are a natural fit together. Tuesday night, the former Florida quarterback will make an appearence on the show according to his Instagram.
It fits right into Tebow’s wholesome, faith-based brand and he can certainly help Chip Gaines with his signature “Demo Day”.
All kidding aside, this is a pretty cool gesture on Tebow's part according to Fox News:
Chip and Joanna work with Tebow and his foundation, the Tim Tebow Foundation, to help make a wheelchair-accessible house for the Copp Family. The family have two sons in wheelchairs and need a home that can accommodate their needs. Soon the whole community is pitching in for the family to have their dream home.
He’s not the first former college great to make an appearence. The show centers around homes in the Waco, Tex. area near Baylor’s campus. Naturally, Robert Griffin III has also helped out Chip and Johanna.
Unfortunately, no more former SEC stars can appear. The couple has already announced season five will be their last.
