Smyrna annexes four acres for 14 new houses

July 20, 2017The Smyrna City Council annexed about four acres recently and rezoned the property for a subdivision of 14 new houses.
This annexation will become effective Aug. 1 for the property at the southwest corner of the East-West Connector and Fontaine Road. Cooper Lake Limited Partnership is the applicant and David Weekley Homes is the developer.
