RaceTrac has requested their application for permit and zoning changes be moved from the Nov. Braselton Planning Commission meeting to the Dec. 17 Planning Commission agenda.
RaceTrac is seeking to construct a convenience store/gas station at the southwest corner of the Thompson Mill Road/State Route 211 intersection. The property is currently zoned for a planned unit development with conditions and is located in the S.R. 211 Overlay District. RaceTrac is asking to remove the condition requiring buildings to be two-story or use a false two-story facade.
