Cobb County’s Information Services Geographic Information System (GIS) team has developed the Citizen Reporting GIS mapping Web page.
Residents may submit pictures with their parks service request such as when reporting a fallen tree covering a walking path.
Location-based reporting also is available when using a tablet or smartphone at parks, enabling residents to capture the precise location of the request.
Residents may submit cable complaints such as reporting exposed cable lines, downed aerial cable lines, outages, sound loss and digital tiling.
If cable providers do not correct the problem after 30 days, formal complaints may be filed with the Cobb County Cable TV Franchise Authority.
Residents will be notified by email when their requests are received and again when they are resolved and the work orders are closed.
