The Hapeville City Council will consider approving purchase of radios for three police cars during the meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday at 700 Doug Davis Drive. If approved the total cost for buying and installing the radios is $14,481.
The council will also hold a public hearing to consider a conditional use permit for building a commercial parking area for the property located at 1155 Virginia Avenue. The proposed area of the lot is 62 feet by 160 feet and will consist of gravel. The permit applicant is charged with bringing the property into compliance and if he is unable to do so, the Hapeville Planning Commission staff will recommend denial of the permit.
