The Brookhaven Development Authority will conduct a special called meeting at 10 a.m. today at Brookhaven City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Road NE, Council Conference Room, 3rd Floor.
The board will consider approval of a bond inducement for the Skyland Building at 2600 Skyland Drive, for $3,330,000. Other items on the agenda are: approval of bond debt service; a report of the city’s financing schedule; the appointment of Wendy Butler to the position of hearing officer; approval of engagement letter of bond attorney Earle Taylor; and approval of a financial services agreement with Piper Jaffray & Co.
