Man accused of sexual battery involving child

A 27-year-old Hall County man is accused of sexual battery involving a child.
The victim was between the ages of 6 and 8 years old when Bricio Pablo Marban touched her inappropriately, according to Lt. Scott Ware.
The incident happened between Jan. 1, 2015, and Dec. 1, 2017, he said.
Investigators arrested Marban on Wednesday without incident and charged him with felony sexual battery. He is in the Hall County Jail, and no bond has been set.
The investigation continues, Ware said.
