A man in Kentucky has been indicted on burglary and arson charges after he allegedly set a woman’s house on fire for rejecting his advances on Facebook.

WLKY reports that James Graham, 37, is accused of breaking into the home of Joanie Yount Nov. 28 and setting a box on fire near her bed. The woman and her child were not home at the time of the incident. The house suffered extensive damage and is not habitable at this time. Yount and her child are staying with family.

The indictment claims that Graham’s criminal actions were sparked by Yount’s rejection of him on Facebook. After he left comments on some of Yount’s Facebook photos, she rebuffed him.

Yount’s sister, Samantha Beagle, told WLKY that Graham was a friend of a friend, and there was never a relationship between Graham and her sister.

Graham’s bail has been set at $50,000.
