The amazing deals at one of Georgia's largest kids consignment sales will be even sweeter this weekend.

Parents in need of cheap kids clothes may have already stopped by the Georgia International Horse Park in Conyers for the Tykes, Tots and Teens sale, which began last weekend. But starting Thursday, Sept. 14, many of the remaining items will be half off the already discounted prices.

The fall/winter sale features more than 1,000 consignors, and much of the 30,000-square-foot sales floor remains packed, said Laura Johns, who organizes the sale with her husband, Clay. This year's sale features the largest inventory ever — from maternity clothing, diaper genies and bassinets, to kids furniture and decor, to board games, kids entertainment and seasonal items. With clothes in sizes infants to teens (up to size medium), many of the bargains remain.

"We draw about 15,000 people for the entire sale," Johns said, adding that the end-of-sale bargains keep the shoppers interested through the last day. "It really drives in a huge crowd looking for a chance for the deal at the end of the sale."

Any item with a star on its tag is half off Thursday and Friday, and starred items are 60 percent off Saturday. In addition, Saturday features a "dollar dash," where any tag with a "D" on it will be $1.

The sale is open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day, although shoppers should check out Tykes, Tots and Teens' Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/TTTConyers/ for information on early entry.
