A 13-year-old boy fell from the 300 level to the 200 level at CenturyLink Field while attending a Taylor Swift concert Saturday.
Seattle Fire Department medics treated the boy where he fell.
He was "stable, alert and conscious," according to Kyle Moore, fire department spokesman.
The concert was scheduled to start at 7 p.m. and the fire department got the emergency call minutes before then.
Moore said the injured boy couldn’t remember how it happened or what he was doing just before the fall.
He was taken to Harborview Medical Center for treatment.
