GHSF Daily asked Georgia head coaches to answer these four questions. We'll report from a different head coach each day.

William Harrell, Hephzibah

1. What is the most memorable game you've been a part of as a player or coach? "Ironically, a JV game in 2008 as Butler vs. Laney. We were picked to be blown out, having won the last six games after starting the season 0-2. We had a 21-7 lead at the half, which stunned the home Laney crowd. They rallied back to tie the game and we missed a 25-yard field goal to win it in regulation and missed another 22-yard field goal in the second overtime. We ended up losing that game in six overtimes, the longest game I ever coached or played. Our players never quit, and their core group went on to have two turnaround seasons for the varsity program in 2010 and 2011 under Ashley Harden."

2. Which high school coach would you want your son to play for, and why? "Alan Chadwick. I asked the Top 10 most winning coaches if I could meet with them back in 2008 as a middle school head coach to pick their brain and gain wisdom and knowledge. He was the only one who responded, and he brought his whole staff in to answer any questions that I had. Great man with class and coaches football the right way - with toughness, discipline, physicality and character."

3. What is your pet peeve as a coach? "Having a head coach use their authority to belittle, demean or humiliate other coaches. At the end of the day, we are in a profession. As coaches, we are to act as such, especially as adults. If there is a problem that needs to be addressed or something that is outside the norm, it should be addressed behind closed doors, not in public and definitely not in front of players. It is classless and unprofessional."

4. Which GHSA policy or high school football rule would you most like to see changed? "Have the same calendar as Florida high schools, where a spring game and scrimmage is allowed in the spring, along with 20 practices. Also a scrimmage is allowed in the preseason."
