Lee Hannah, the interim football coach at Grady since January, was approved this week as head coach of Baldwin in Milledgeville, according to the Macon Telegraph.
Hannah was the defensive coordinator last season at Mays under Corey Jarvis, for whom Hannah also has worked at Duluth and M.L. King. Hannah was defensive coordinator at all those stops and also has coached at Mary Persons and Sandy Creek under Rodney Walker.
Hannah became interim coach at Grady while Atlanta Public Schools investigated allegations of illegal players and address fraud under the school’s previous coach, Ronnie Millen.
Hannah replaces Dexter Copeland, who was 27-17 in four seasons but let go. Copeland is now head coach of Twiggs County.
