File this one under there's no free (and lightened up) lunch.

Now that she's been eliminated from "Dancing with the Stars," Paula Deen isn't letting any grass grow under her semi-fleet feet. The famed — and somewhat infamous — Georgia chef is on a booksigning tour for her new healthier lifestyle tome, "Paula Deen Cuts the Fat: 250 Recipes Lightened Up."

Her only metro Atlanta appearance is set for 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Barnes and Noble at Mansell Crossing in Alpharetta.

You might need some fancy footwork yourself to get in. You must have a wristband, which is available with the purchase of Deen's new book only at the store located at 7660 Northpoint Parkway starting at 9 a.m. Wednesday. Each wristband is good for admission for two.

People can start lining up to get in at 6 p.m. If you're thinking of showing up super-early, the good folks at the Alpharetta store suggest you, uh, lighten up:

"No need to arrive prior to 6:00PM to line up as we will be calling you to line up by your wristband number," it strongly suggests in instructions posted online.

Instead, maybe use the day to try out a new recipe or two.

Or 250.
