During the dog days of August, practice can tend to become boring and monotonous. The offensive lineman at Missouri attempted to liven camp up a bit by doing the Macarena.
It remains to be seen whether this was organized by the players, or if the coaching staff believes it will help with balance, footwork and hip movement.
The Macarena debuted in 1994, before many of these players had been born, so at the very least they were receiving a good history and culture lesson.
Besides, they now have a solid end-zone celebration down pat.
