Did the bad weather have you stuck in the house?  Or maybe the kids schedule have you running all over town? Things happen so we have to find a way to fit in a quick workout.  This workout covers everything, a little cardio — well maybe a lot — some strength training and full body toning.  For this week’s video, all you need is a step or raised surface and a exercise band, plus a great attitude. I have also added some plyometric movements for my more advanced crew. Remember we are building on each workout, and improving.  The more consistent you are, the more you will see change!
