Sunshine will rule the day on Sunday, but it won’t last long. Showers will return on Monday.
“Sunday will be mostly sunny all day long with mild temperatures,” said Channel 2 Action News meteorologist Brad Nitz. “We’re talking highs in the mid-60s.”
But it doesn’t last long, Nitz said. “Showers and even a few storms return Monday through Monday night and into early Tuesday.” The chance of rain is 90 percent Monday and 70 percent Tuesday morning. The high both days will be in the low to mid 50s.
Nitz said the weather will start to clear out again late Tuesday, with partly cloudy, dry and cool conditions by midweek. The Wednesday also will be in the mid 50s.
The nighttime lows will be in the low to mid 40s through Tuesday with a low in the upper 30s Wednesday.
