Atlanta currently has 48 winter nights below freezing. By 2100, however, winter will feel more like Pensacola, Fla., with 12 nights below freezing, according to the tool.

Boston, which currently has 115 winter nights below freezing, will feel more like Marietta, with 53 nights below freezing.

Georgia winters in 2100 

• Marietta currently has 53 winter nights below freezing, but will feel like San Antonio, Texas, with 14 nights below freezing.

• Roswell currently has 52 winter nights below freezing, but will feel like Conroe, Texas, with 13 nights below freezing.

• Smyrna currently has 51 winter nights below freezing, but will feel like Conroe, Texas, with 13 nights below freezing.

• Sandy Springs currently has 50 winter nights below freezing, but will feel like Pensacola, Fla., with 12 nights below freezing.

• Athens-Clarke County currently has 48 winter nights below freezing, but will feel like The Woodlands, Texas, with 10 nights below freezing.

• Warner Robbins currently has 34 winter nights below freezing, but will feel like Beaumont, Texas, with 8 nights below freezing.

• Augusta currently has 45 winter nights below freezing, but will feel like Pensacola, Fla., with 12 nights below freezing.

• Macon currently has 39 winter nights below freezing, but will feel like The Woodlands, Texas, with 10 nights below freezing.
