A short drive turned in to a more than $100 ticket.
An 80-year-old man has been charged after driving a car that was almost completely covered in snow. Only a portion of his driver's side windshield was cleared, The Associated Press reported.
Ontario Provincial Police gave the man a $110 ticket after an officer spotted the car resembling a pile of snow on the road in Brussels, Ontario.
The OPP tweeted a photo of the car that is going viral.
Police charged the man with having an obstructed view, The AP reported.
Police said the man said he was too old and weak to brush it off and that he was just going for a short drive.
The officer cleared the snow from the man's car and let him on his way.
