An Indiana woman was arrested Sunday after a dispute about barbecue ribs turned violent.

Police say Sabrina Davis, 45, allegedly stabbed another woman in the eye with a fork during a Memorial Day weekend cookout.

According to a police affidavit obtained by the Daily Mail, Davis had apparently enraged the hosts of the party by "taking the last rib from the kitchen."

Davis told police that the daughter of the host accused her of 'taking all the food,' so she stabbed her in the eye with the serving fork, per the Associated Press.

Davis claims it was self-defense because the other woman had pulled a knife on her. The victim had a swollen eye and two cuts to her eyelid.

Davis was booked into the Delaware County Jail on $5,000 bond.
