Tex McIver to learn his fate at sentencing today

Tex McIver will be back in Fulton County court today.

The Atlanta attorney faces life in prison after being convicted last month of felony murder in the 2016 shooting death of his wife, Diane.

His sentencing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m.

Channel 2 Action News and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution provided gavel-to-gave coverage of the trial and will be in the courtroom today as McIver learns his fate.
