More than 20 different types of food, including delicacies from around the globe, will be served at the Taste of Chamblee event this weekend.
The annual street festival also will feature live music, a beer garden, a children’s play area and an arts fair with more than 30 regional artists’ wares.
The event runs from noon to 8 p.m. Saturday 9/15 on Peachtree Road and Broad Street in downtown Chamblee. Entry is free, and tickets for food samples range from $1 to $4. All proceeds benefit the Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation, which provides free eye exams, glasses and hearing aids for uninsured and underinsured Georgians.
