Many states, including Georgia, have escaped the No Child yoke, winning waivers from the 2014 deadline. I discuss the lasting legacy of the law, and readers share their views. In a guest column, youth advocates discuss the school-to-prison pipeline, which the federal government took steps last week to stem. They discuss the need to improve school climate and engage all kids.
