Read Robert Mueller’s sentencing recommendation for Michael Flynn

U.S. special counsel Robert Mueller recommended in a court filing Tuesday night that Michael Flynn, President Donald Trump's former national security adviser, serve no prison time for lying to the FBI about his contacts with Russian officials.

Flynn pleaded guilty a year ago this week and is set to be sentenced on Dec. 18 at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
