A mother pregnant with her third baby is getting a lot of attention for her killer dance moves.

A video posted to Facebook shows mom Christina Litle dancing in a dance studio while 27 weeks pregnant. The California woman says she has been teaching at Napa High in the dance department for 11 years.

In a Facebook post, she insists that she was in no way hurting her baby or herself by dancing.

“The baby is not getting ‘shaken baby syndrome’ and no, the child is not experiencing whiplash,” wrote Litle. “For those who insist they ‘know’ I was in pain doing this and hurting myself, this didn’t ‘hurt.'”

She says she will have to take a break from dancing as her pregnancy progresses, but she says she was safe when the video was recorded.

“I do what I know my body can handle. I’m pregnant…not disabled,” wrote Litle.
