"I was broke. Now I'm not,” Natasha beamed while describing the act of kindness.
Parishioners at the Sycamore Creek Church ordered a single $5.99 pie then asked the Domino's delivery driver to come on stage.
The Columbus Dispatch reports pastor Steve Markle asked Natasha about her biggest tip. When she told them, it was $10, he handed her $15.
He wasn’t finished.
"We've been teaching our church this last month about being generous,” he continued. “So we did something special for you today. We took up a special offering for a tip for you."
Markle followed by pulling out a huge stack of bills, totaling $1,046, and handed it to her.
As she burst into tears Natasha hugged Makle as she blurted, "thank you so much."
The congregation took the step as they wrapped up a monthly mission on "Random Acts of Kindness."
