A little boy asked for a rattlesnake for Christmas but quickly changed his mind when his parents presented him with a hissing, rattling box.
A video posted to Facebook by mother Alison Carroll shows Brooks Carroll's shock when she and her husband presented the hissing box to their son. His face instantly changed when his mother told him that the snake was just inches away from him.
He quickly jumped onto a nearby chair and begged his parents to throw the box outside. His parents told him it was a joke. The box contained a harmless device that made the rattling and hissing noises.
Be careful what you ask for Brooks! You just might get it!! Hahaha!!! Priceless!! I love a good prank. #parentsoftheyear #santaaintgotnothingonus
