The Secret Service temporarily closed down an area near the White House Wednesday while a bomb team investigated a truck.

No bomb was found.

The Secret Service told ABC News that a canine team "alerted" while inspecting a dump truck that was scheduled to come into the construction complex on the White House's North Lawn.

All tourists and foot traffic was cleared from Lafayette Park. The Secret Service even banned White House crews and correspondents from using their camera positions on the White House lawn, according to ABC.
