The windy, wet weather knocked out power at four Decatur schools Tuesday morning.

School was open but the district said parents could keep their children home while Georgia Power worked to restore power.

The affected schools were College Heights Early Childhood Learning Center, the 4/5 Academy at Fifth Avenue and Oakhurst and Winnona Park elementary schools.
