There is a difference between a cheapskate and a frugal person.
We just got back from a trip to a country where we had to not drink the water- even had to brush our teeth with bottled water. I want to thank all the folks who work for water companies and keep our water safe to drink!
I agree with the “barking dog” vent. I love dogs, and anyone that lets their dog bark 24/7 does not love them. Something is wrong if a dog barks all the time.
