Fixed-Atlanta
In early December, we told you about a hole in the sidewalk that concerned a resident.
“There’s a foot deep hole in the sidewalk about 2800 Lenox Road NE in Buckhead. I hope someone will fix this. It’s perfect for breaking a leg,” wrote Mimi Schroeder. We sent the item to the city and learned last week it had been fixed.

Update-Atlanta
In early January, we told you Bill Spencer’s hopes that something can be done about some city tennis courts.
“I wanted to report that three lights are out on the Candler Park Tennis Courts. This is important as the daylight time to play tennis is very short these days,” he wrote.
We sent the item to the city and got an update.
“The light repair is scheduled but cannot be completed until the weather conditions improve. Once the grounds are dry, the Department of Parks and Recreation will fix the lights. Residents can track the status of the repair with the following service request number – 7506867 or by calling the Department of Parks and Recreation at 404-546-6813,” wrote the city’s Jewanna Gaither.
