Mölnlycke Health Care, a developer and manufacturer of professional healthcare, wound care and surgical brands, headquertered in Gothenberg, Sweden, announce the expansion of its North America region headquarter operations to 5500 Peachtree Parkway, in Peachtree Corners. The 24,000 square foot expansion represents a nearly $1 million capital investment and will include sales leadership, marketing, IT, finance and a number of other back office support roles.
The announcement comes while representatives from both Gwinnett County and Gwinnett Chamber Economic Development are visiting Europe, participating in an international business mission.
Mölnlycke Health Care is committed to doubling sales over the next six years. The company made the strategic decision to invest in its U.S. Commercial business, focusing on new business areas, which include over-the-counter/retail and post acute care products.
