Sugar Hill residents will vote March 19 on Sunday morning alcohol sales at restaurants. The special election will be held 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. at the regular polling place for elections in Sugar Hill, the Sugar Hill Community Center, 1166 Church St.
Voters will be asked to decide on the ‘Brunch Bill’ or should the city permit and regulate Sunday sales of distilled spirits or alcoholic beverages for by the drink from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Deadline to register to vote in the March 19 special election is 5 p.m. Feb. 19.
