Fayette Senior Services’ fifth annual Volunteer Expo, scheduled for Sept. 25, is accepting applications for vendors.
The event is designed to help community-based organizations connect with potential volunteers whose “unique schedules, skill sets and passions” help such groups provide services to a wide range of local residents. Vendor participation is free, but space is limited to 18 slots and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Participating organizations must have at least one representative at the event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to speak with prospective volunteers.
