Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources will begin replacing aging sewer pipes this month on several Peachtree Corners streets. The existing 30-year-old pipes will be replaced on Gunnin Road, Ranger Court and Spalding Drive. Residents may notice pipes being delivered and utility markings a few weeks prior to installation.
Work will be performed Monday through Friday during daylight hours along one street at a time and not throughout the neighborhood all at once. Some weekend days may be necessary. During construction one lane of the road will be open at all times and homeowners will have access to driveways. Work is expected to take 11 months to complete.
