Sandy Springs is seeking public comment on a plan to spend $592,429 in federal funds on sidewalks in the Roswell Road corridor.
The Community Development Block Grant would go toward Phase 3 of the South Roswell Road Multiyear Sidewalk Project: design, construction and installation of pedestrian lighting along Northridge Drive between Roswell Road and Ga. 400; and design, including environmental work, and right-of-way acquisition for streetscape improvements along Roswell between I-285 and Long Island Drive.
