Roswell defers ordinance on mobile food vendors

The Roswell City Council has deferred a final vote on an ordinance regulating mobile food vendors.

Council members remain divided on several elements of the ordinance, including whether to allow operators to dispense food in public right-of-ways, defining limits on "sounds" vendor vehicles can make and how close they can be stationed near restaurants.
