Henry County officials announced that Hemphill Road between the North Moseley Drive/Moseley Drive intersection and Hwy. 155, just west of the driveway to 1368 Hemphill Road, is closed for construction and installation of a replacement culvert. There will be closure signage and barricades in place as well as a detour sign at Moseley Drive, Reagan Road, and Hwy. 155.
