A book about Rich’s department store will be the focus of a free author event and book signing early next month at the DeKalb History Center.
Author Jeff Clemmons will discuss his new release, Rich’s: A Southern Institution, at the event. It begins at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 4 at the Historic DeKalb Courthouse, 101 E. Court Square, Decatur.
