The Norcross City Council will hold a ‘Walk with Council’ 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 2 beginning at the Thrasher Park Pavilion, 93 Park Drive. Mayor Craig Newton and City Council members will stroll through downtown with citizens to answer questions for a “walking town hall meeting.”

Topics will include the possibility of a brew pub in Norcross as well as updates on the existing city’s economic development projects.

These ‘Walk with Council’ events usually last about 1.5 hours and cover about 1.5 miles around town with stops and discussion along the way.
